Description

Momentum Health is offering a 12-month learnership programme for unemployed South African youth. The programme provides theoretical training and practical workplace experience leading to an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor NQF Level 5 (SAQA ID 105030).

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and workplace training
• Complete assessments and logbooks
• Build client service and communication skills
• Learn company systems and operational processes
• Handle client queries professionally
• Maintain service quality standards
• Compile portfolio of evidence for SETA submission

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Mathematics minimum 40% OR Mathematical Literacy minimum 60%
• English and another South African language minimum 50%
• South African citizen aged 18–30
• Must be unemployed
• Must not be studying during the programme
• Computer literacy is advantageous
• Must not have completed the same learnership previously
